Beach Cottage is set in the picturesque Pevensey Bay, just outside Eastbourne, on the sunny south coast.

With stunning sea views from the lounge and dining areas, and a patio garden that blends into the beach beyond, this calm oasis is the perfect antidote to busy urban lives.

This serene beach house sleeps up to four in two double bedrooms, with bags of wardrobe space in the master.

If you also like to snooze in the sun, you'll find two loungers to set up on your outside patio area - just pop into place, grab the cushions from inside and zzzzz.

For the more energetic visitors, there is a handy locked area to the side of the property which is perfect for storing bikes or water sports equipment.

Your kitchen is well equipped for a seaside break, with a full-size fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over - ideal for a quick shower after a day on the beach, or a relaxing soak if you've been hiking on the nearby South Downs.

The living area is really the wow-factor space of the house - a large open plan L-shaped room with floor-to-ceiling windows at one end boasting gorgeous water views.

The main part of the lounge has two sofas to kick back and relax in front of the smart TV.

Over by the windows, the six-seater dining table is well-placed to make the most of the views, and round the corner is a tranquil spot with another sofa, ideal to snuggle with a book.

There is an off-road parking space for one car. WiFi is provided along with all linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels).

Lovely property, very clean, lovely bed linen and towels. Owners very helpful with check in and making sure everything was okay with us. Everything we needed at the property including separate drinks fridge. Nice bath and powerful shower. We try to holiday on the beach at Pevensey Bay every year. Although we were lucky enough to have great weather, having direct access to the beach means we can still enjoy the views whatever the weather. There are always beautiful sunrises and sunsets there. Nice local places to eat out or takeaway. The Star, just down the road, Rosies' fish bar, The Happy Dragon Chinese, Kebab shop and the exceptionally good Raipur Indian restaurant, all at Pevensey Bay and The Lamb, not too far away. We would definitely come to Beach cottage again.
