5 beds: Double room and 3 beds in the living area. Direct access to the lake via private beach, reserved for guests of the villa. Unlimited Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath and kitchen included. Ideal for couples, families with children and with animals, who are always welcome! Unique location !!! ... perfect for enjoying the wonders of the lake, with a breathtaking view of the lake and the island of S. Giulio, tranquility in the private garden, and lots of fun thanks to the direct access to the lake that allows all water sports: included to the villa, for the exclusive use of guests, 2 canoes, 2 bicycles. In the garden, completely fenced and equipped, for the exclusive use of guests: BBQ, dining table with chairs, sun umbrella and sun lounger. On the private beach there are other sun loungers. Beach partly in pink sand and partly in wood, cantilevered over the water, as well as a ladder for easy access to the water.
A motorboat buoy in front of the beach, upon request, is made available to guests.
Very central compared to all services: public navigation boat stop: 50 mt .. Church, newsstand, children's playground, tennis court, 3 bars: within 200 mt .. Pharmacy, supermarket, various restaurants and pizzerias: within 350 mt.

Sehr schöne Lage am See
Die Lage am See mit der groĂen Terrasse ist sehr schön und auch der eingezĂ€unte Garten ist fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr geeignet. Das Haus selber hat leider ein paar Schwachstellen, die in der Beschreibung nicht explizit erwĂ€hnt sind. Das Bad und Schlafzimmer liegen im Souterrain und sind nur ĂŒber eine enge und steile Wendeltreppe erreichbar und die RĂ€ume unten riechen leider etwas muffig obwohl es ansonsten sehr sauber war. Bei starkem Regen tropfte es in der KĂŒche aus der DeckeâŠWas man auch wissen sollte ist, dass man mit dem Auto nicht an das Haus heranfahren kann, das GepĂ€ck muss ca. 200 m bis zum Haus transportiert werden. Bruno war Ă€uĂerst bemĂŒht und jederzeit erreichbar.

Excellent emplacement
Au bord du lac d'Orta, la maison de Bruno est parfaite pour se reposer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La région est magnifique. Le jardin est trÚs appréciable avec des enfants et l'accÚs privé au lac est superbe.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, alles wie beschrieben, wunderschöne Lage mit eigenem Zugang zum See mit
unglaublich schönem ĂŒberdachter Platz am Wasser, sehr gemĂŒtlich fĂŒr abendlichen Wein.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr solide, alles Nötige ist vorhanden, von BettwĂ€sche bis zu reichlich Hand- und DuschtĂŒchern sowie Pellets fĂŒr den Kamin-Ofen.
FahrrÀder und kleine Kanus konnten wir nur wegen schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sehr groĂzĂŒgig und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie kommen sofort vorbei, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird.
Der Ort Pettenasco ist ein kleiner, noch nicht zu sehr vom Tourismus verdorbener Ort; sehr liebenswert.

Eigener Badesteg/Terrasse - Abstriche beim Wohnhaus
Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage mit direktem Seezugang und eigenem Steg/Terrasse. Abstriche gibt es beim Haus.
Dort wĂ€ren seitens des Vermieters geringere Investitionen zu tĂ€tigen, um insgesamt einen perfekten Urlaub zu genieĂen. Lobenswert möchte ich auch erwĂ€hnen, dass wir am Abreisetag nachmittags den Badesteg bei bestem Wetter noch nutzen durften.

Sehr schöne Lage. Freundlicher Empfang.
Die Villa ist sehr schön und komfortable ausgestattet. Traumhaft ist die Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum privaten Strand/ See. FĂŒr Urlaub mit Hunden đ sehr geeignet. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Haus am See
Das HĂ€uschen liegt direkt am Wasser mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See und die Landschaft. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, hervorheben möchten wir die Hundefreundlichkeit und den groĂen, eingezĂ€unte Garten. Im Haus alles tiptop sauber, einzig das Bad ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemĂ€Ă. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Lage
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Es ist ruhig und die Terrasse direkt am Wasser einfach unschlagbar schön. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, ein paar Dinge sollte man jedoch fixen. Dennoch: insgesamt ist es eine perfekter Ort fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, Erholung und einer Stimmung am Wasser zum weinen schön. Wir werden wiederkommen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und unkompliziert.
