Bem razoável

A primeira impressão nao foi boa, cheiro de mofo, tv sem funcionar. Fomos bem atendidos na troca de quarto. Quarto muito pequeno, nao há toalha de rosto disponível, o hotel é dividido em blocos, niveis diferentes, muita caminhada para os elevadores. Tb nao há interfone nos quartos, so nos corredores e o do nosso andar nao funcionava. Tomadas 220v, não havia essa informação na reserva. O estacionamento é bem no alto, em niveis e o acesso é a pé. Uma subida bem íngreme.

Achei bem desconfortavel a ideia de ter que descer do quarto para pedir uma manta. Estava frio em Petrópolis, a manta não deveria já estar no quarto? E a manta estava com furos. E, quando eu quis ligar o ar condicionado manhã seguinte, não consegui.

Achei o espaço do banheiro ,muito pequeno para pessoas grandes como eu. Meu joelho esbarrava na parede do banheiro quando precisava usar o vaso. Tenho 1,96 m.

O hotel não oferece mínimas comodidades, como interfone e geladeira. Além disso, paredes finas de dry wall com pouca acústica, permitindo ouvir conversas de outros quartos. Sequer tinha toalha de rosto, tendo que usar a de banho para tudo. Cama sem firmeza, provavelmente com danos na estrutura. Longa caminhada para chegar ao quarto do prédio anexo. Pouca disponibilidade de vagas na garagem. Embora a reserva informe que a vaga depende da disponibilidade, o cliente, ao menos eu, viaja com a esperança de não deixar seu carro na rua, como aconteceu comigo.

Gostei do hotel. Achei o quarto grande por ser um Budget. Café da manhã bem variado. Boa localização. A única coisa que não gostei foi do estacionamento, que fica em uma ladeira grande, porém o hotel tem manobrista, o que facilita bastante.

Sentimos falta de algumas coisas por exemplo, frigobar, comunicação do quarto com a recepção que não tem, essa comunicação deveria ser por telefone celular e eles nao atendiam, cafe da manha muito caro, estacionamento não tinha vaga para todos os hóspedes era por ordem de chegada, estacionamento de dificil acesso.

Boa tarde! Já sou cliente IBIS há um bom tempo. Sempre opto por ficar no Ibis em minhas viagens, porém nessa última tive um contratempo, pois ao chegar no hotel na noite do 21/07/25 percebi que a descarga não funcionava. Avisei na recepção , onde o colaborador me atendeu muito bem , e se prontificou imediatamente em resolver o problema. Mesmo assim só consegui usar o banheiro no dia seguinte.
