The newly built apartment is located on the first floor overlooking the garden, inside a villa, 150 meters from Lake Garda, in a residential area two kilometers from the center of Peschiera del Garda. All essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacy and bus stop can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Located just 3 km from the motorway exit, it can be the ideal base for your excursions, you just have to choose day by day between the lake, mountains or cities of art. There is a large reserved parking inside the property.

Rien à redire appartement impeccable

Très bel appartement, très propre et spacieux pour 2 personnes, à proximité (10 min à pieds) de la plage, parking aisé, air conditionné. Roberto, le propriétaire, est très sympatique, facilement joignable et disponible. Nous avons été manger dans son restaurant à 2 pas de là et tout était délicieux ! Nous recommandons !

La location est bien située, a 10 minutes de la plage.30 minutes de la ville en longeant le bord du lac à pied. Mais, il manque un peu de vaisselle.Le propriétaire est très agréable.
