Eine super Ferienwohnung!!!

Wir waren völlig begeistert und es war eine der besten Ferienwohnungen die wir jemals hatten. Dank Google war es auch kein Problem sich zu verständigen. Die FW ist sehr groß und optimal für Familien. Die zwei Bäder sind alle neu. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es gibt sogar zwei Fernseher mit HDMI Anschluss. Frühstücken und Abendessen kann man sehr gut auf der Terasse vor der Haustür. Die Autobahn in 500m Entfernung hört man Nachts aber es ist eher ein rauschen und hat uns nicht gestört. Bis zum Lidl sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können die FW nur weiterempfehlen!

Super Wohnung zum fairen Preis

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung, und wir müssen uns wiederholen: Alles bestens, sauber, sehr gut 👍 ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend, erfüllt alle Wünsche prompt. Wir schließen nicht aus ein weiteres Mal zu kommen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der großzügig eingerichteten Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber, Küche super ausgestattet, tolle Dusche, Fliegengitter, sogar der Kühlschrank war reichlich mit Gastgeschenken bestückt ! Die kleine Terrasse am Eingang passt perfekt sodas man auch bei Regen im freien sitzen kann. Der Vermieter ist äußerst aufmerksam und sehr höflich. Eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, gerne wieder !

Ruhige Lage, sehr empfehlenswert !!!

Da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte, konnten wir auch auf die leider nicht vorhandene Sitzgruppe im Garten mit Blick auf den Monte Baldo gerne verzichten. Dieses wurde ja auch nicht so angeboten. Einmalig ruhige Lage umgeben von Weinfeldern. Die Wohnungseinrichtung stammt sicherlich noch aus den 80er Jahren. Küche und Bad waren in Ordnung und sauber. Noch während der Schlüsselrückgabe wurde schon wieder die Endreinigung vom Vermieter vorgenommen. Der eigene PKW konnte sogar nur 5 m vom Wohnungseingang geparkt werden. Sollte unsererseits wieder Bedarf bestehen, so kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Ihr Hans Lehr

Calme et propreté

Calme et propreté sont les deux points forts de ce logement. Il se trouve dans un groupe de maisons en pleine campagne, ce qui le rend très calme, mais difficile à trouver sans un GPS. Il y a quand même des panneaux ; il faut suivre la direction "Rondinelli", ou "Sweet life". L'entrée de Rondinelli est juste à côté de celle de Sweet life (concurrente à qui il vaut mieux ne pas demander son chemin car elle vous envoie dans la direction opposée). L'appartement est spacieux et confortable ; il a été rénové récemment et doté d'équipements de bonne qualité : excellente literie, douche parfaite, etc...Il ne manque rien, sauf peut-être quelques cintres dans les placards des chambres. La petite terrasse devant la maison est très agréable pour prendre l'apéritif, ou même manger. On peut regretter une décoration un peu triste, notamment dans le salon. Les propriétaires habitent sur place, ils sont aimables, disponibles et discrets. J'ai trouvé les frais de nettoyage final élevés : 15€ par personne, soit 45€ puisque nous étions trois. A titre de comparaison, la semaine précédente, au lac Majeur, nous avions payé 20€ en tout pour le même nombre de participants. Mais ils sont annoncés à l'avance, donc tout est correct. La région est magnifique et ce logement constitue un bon point de départ pour visiter le lac de Garde, Peschiera, Malcesine, Sirmione et tant d'autres lieux. Je le recommande donc sans hésiter ; je souhaite à ses propriétaires (qui débutent) un bon développement de leur activité et je les remercie pour leur gentillesse.
