The Collina degli Ulivi (Perugia) is a welcoming structure typical of the rural areas of the past century. The apartments have been renovated and furnished respecting the rural style of the time. Il Casolare is located in a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy. Immersed in a vast agricultural valley cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich in pastures. In a couple of hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic sea.
Immersed in the greenery, La Collina degli Ulivi is ideal for relaxing and visiting the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi; for children it is recommended to visit the theme park Città della Domenica in Perugia and the Tavernelle Water Park.
Typical farmhouse of the late 800 completely renovated surrounded by a spectacular hill. It consists of 5 apartments (Ortensia 2 pax, Iris 3 pax, Ginestra 5 pax, Passiflora 4 pax, Cotoneaster 4 pax). If the apartments are not booked, the maximum capacity of the structure is 18 beds.

IRIS is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a bedroom consisting of a double bed and a single bed for a total of 3 guests.

The property offers free internet access, free parking and a lovely shared wooden swimming pool and a barbecue area with an adjoining living room and shared kitchen.
Meals are not provided, the use of the kitchen is provided with the necessary utensils. Bed linen, towels provided. During the winter the heating costs are on consumption. Initial and final cleaning costs are included. Gradità is a photocopy of the documents, currently there is no tourist tax for tourist rentals / short lets (if it is introduced it will be required), a short rental contract will be submitted to the delivery of the keys (riasunto booking).

Exit the E45 (ss3bis) highway at Resina (both from the north and south), heading north for Solfagnano, then go past
Solfagnano then Tavernacce from here after about 1 km turn right onto Strada S. Angelo di Chieli, after about 700 go past the church and turn left then
always straight for about 500 meters.
