The rooms are beautiful and location is great but service needs work. Desk rarely seemed manned when we needed to enquire about things. Our flight to WA waa delayed so we arrived at the hotel at midnight and were told that they were about to cancel our room as they hadnt heard from us. No phone call was made from the hotel to us to enquire about whether we were arriving but instead we were chastised for arriving late and advised our room was about to be canceled. At this stage is was 330am for us as we had arrived from NSW. Not a friendly check in at all.

I booked for an event at curtin university and the hotel was situated across the road from the venue. Very convenient with IFA on the doorstep as well as some great little cafes. The room was very spacious as we booked a two bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Would book again in a heartbeat.
