Tranquil Gumnut Cottage, close to Airport.

Only 10 mins from the airport and 25mins by train to the city. This private and peaceful, oasis backs onto the Maida Vale Recreation Reserve where you have a kids playground, can play tennis, archery and football. The cottage is nestled amongst the trees away from the road and has its own private access and lockup carport. Relax in the private patio and unwind in the refreshing garden.
The house in front of the cottage is our residence, you have access to our Bali style solar heated pool, patio with sun loungers and established trees surrounding the private area.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.

Comfortable, quiet and restful

Our second three week stay here and we found it, again, to be ideal for our Perth stay catching up with family. A very comfortable villa well set up for independent living. Close to all we needed. We have booked it again for later in 2025.

A Wonderful Cottage in a quiet neighborhood

Gumnut cottage is a great self contained unit with everything you need. Ideal for an extended stay, the hosts were really welcoming, its secluded and comfortable, had a lovely pool we could use whenever we wanted and the kids loved Rusty!

We had a very lovely stay even it was only one night. It was first time I requested a cot and came as fully fitted - I mean it is complete with a fitted sheet, blanket, and a pillow! Perfect cottage for our family
