La Vista Singleton is designed for coastal living, blending relaxed seaside vibes with modern comfort:
* Upstairs Living: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and lounge which steps out to the rear garden dining area which can seat 10. To the front of the house a large open-plan living area, cocktail bar and a large balcony all with ocean views, perfect for morning coffee and sunset drinks.
* Upstairs Master Suite opens onto the balcony with its own doors, has a large walk-in robe and dual sink ensuite, spa bath and private access to a courtyard, perfect to retreat to.
