This stylishly furnished independent villa is located in a privileged position, on the hills of Perledo in an area of second family homes and recently renovated in most spaces, and offers a wonderful view of Lake Como. Surrounded by a large garden, the property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, and is perfect for those looking for an exclusive stay of relaxation and comfort, not far from Varenna, the pearl of Lake Como .
You will have access to the entire property, on one level, with spacious and functional interiors, a private courtyard in the shadiest part of the garden and a panoramic porch, ideal for lunches, dinners or moments of relaxation outdoors.
The entrance is through a stepped driveway that connects the private car park to the green area with a porch, continuing to the main door of the villa. The living area, facing south and overlooking the lake, includes a large living room with decorative fireplace, dining table and relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. The sleeping area, more private, includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a second full bathroom. The hot water is managed by a 180-liter electric boiler .
From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor area. The spaces have been designed to offer a comfortable experience in every detail: beds with quality mattresses, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, kitchen complete with dishes, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dining table, flat screen TV in the two main bedrooms; in the bathroom washing machine, hairdryer; additional services: iron and ironing board, drying rack .
Since the outdoor spaces are on several levels, with stone steps and balusters, we recommend staying for families with children over 12 years old.
A reserved parking space is available at the entrance of the villa.
Upon arrival you will find the house ready with bed linen and towel set for all guests, as well as a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper. If you need a luggage transport service from the car park to the villa, let us know.
