Casina al Vento is a charming suite located in the Tuscan countryside, precisely in Valdambra, a few km from Arezzo, and on the border with the Chianti area.

You will find a private entrance with garden, parking and outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The property also boasts a beautiful pool (14 x 7 m), surrounded by nature and equipped with external shower, gazebo and sun loungers. The pool is provided with an electric locking system, and guests can open and close it as they please.

Internal Description

Casina al Vento is set on the ground floor on one single level, and can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The first floor of the property is closed and empty, therefore the garden and the pool are exclusively available for customers. There is also a double sofa bed + 1 extra single bed to be used if necessary.

Air conditioning (split units) is available in both the living room and the bedrooms. Small pets are allowed on request. Internet Wifi available.

The property is provided with an automatic locking system activating by a switch inside the house.

In the suite you will find: a bright living room with 2 sofas, tv, stereo and 1 portable air conditioner; an open space with large dining table, sofas, desk and large French window; a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a spacious shower (with 2 shower heads) and one with bathtub and shower.

STUNNING!!

We were greeted by the owners father who showed us around the property. Absolutely lovely man. The photos are great but seeing it with our own eyes we fell in love. Peaceful, beautiful and perfectly represents Tuscany with Breathtaking views. Local town is small but has everything you need. Federico and his family are lovely and always happy to help with any questions. Please do not forget to visit Via Roma 7 (Federico’s restaurant). Food is delicious and staff are friendly, yes that includes Federico haha! From start to finish our holiday was perfect!! Thank you so much. Ben and Lisa x

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung, großem, schönen Pool und grandioser Aussicht. sehr schön gelegen, man ist für sich Leider fehlten Sonnenschirme am Pool. Tolle Aussicht Schönes Ambiente und bemühte, freundliche Gastgeber *ABER*: Unbequeme Betten/Matratzen im Kinderzimmer Zu wenig Info vorab, Anleitungen, Grundausstattung: Beispiele: - Kaffeemaschine nur mit bestimmten Tabs (gut zu wissen vorher) - kein Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz - keine Mülltrennung und jeden Tag selber Müll außerhalb entsorgen - keine Unterlagen im Haus mit Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten , Strände, Restaurants, etc. Der Gastgeber ist zwar sehr bemüht und hat uns immer wieder sporadisch Links zu bestimmten Plätzen geschickt, aber da hatten wir schon gar keine Zeit mehr hinzufahren, da unsere Urlaubszeit sich bereits dem Ende neigte (alles etwas unorganisiert) - Empfang nicht von Hauptansprechpartner, sehr nett, aber nur italienisch (schwierig mit der Verständigung, Fragen stellen,etc)
