A 2 bedroom Villa close to Clemont Le Herault to the north and Pezenas to the South with new swimming pool, located in one of the worlds largest wine regions.
The beach`s are 35 minutes to the south and Lac Salogou is 20 minutes to the North.
Bezier airport is a 35 minute drive and is close to Vias, with its long sandy beaches.
There are many activities locally, horse riding, walking, cycling, many bars and restaurants.
Additionally, there is River Kayaking on the Orb, Windsurfing off the Mediterranean beaches, river swimming and the Gorges d'Eric for example.
Not forgetting Lac Salagou.
There are no plug in Electric Car charging facilities, however if 13 amp supply is used, then there is an extra charge of 6 Euros per day paid direct to the key holder.
Any damage to the wiring of the property is chargeable to the Guests.

Très agréable maison

Les premiers échanges par mails ont étaient inquiétant avec le propriétaire (anglophone) car il n'évoquait que des restrictions et semblait inquiet à l'idée de louer sa maison de qualité avec piscine. Une fois entré dans les lieux, maisons très propre, très bien équipée et sans vis à vis à la piscine. La piscine occupe la plus grande partie de la terrasse et il est difficile d'imaginer de dîner à plus de 4 à 6 personnes sur cette terrasse. Quartier très calme avec pizza de qualité à emporter à 50 m (trop cool). Epicerie dans le village et un producteur de vin (domaine de l'ASTER) qui organise des vendredis soir sympas et produit notamment "le Hussard Noir" qui vaut le détour. Stéphanie qui nous a accueillie est charmante et nous a bien conseillé. Je recommande pour 4 personnes souhaitant une très agréable maison au calme.

Très bien

Villa agréable, conforme aux photos, la piscine est vraiment appréciable. Une machine expresso aurait été un plaisir mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Le village est calme et reposant. Ronald et Stéphanie sont très sympatiques. Je recommande la villa de Ron.

La tranquilité

Très confortable, peut être un lit plus grand (car nous y sommes habitués). Propreté très correcte dans les chambres salles de bains , dans la cuisine petit bémol mais rien qui n'a dérangé nos vacances. J'ajouterais que l'accueil de Monsieur François RITTER mérite d'être souligné, grande gentillesse et discrétion. Et je dirais qu'il nous a gâté par de petites attentions. Il est d'ailleurs devenu l'un de nos amis et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.
