Crabpot Cottage, Newlyn
This charming cottage on a quaint cobbled lane in the heart of Newlyn on the Cornish coast, is perfect for couples and small families. Recently refurbished yet full of character, it features exposed granite and deep window reveals, a cosy lounge with wood-burning stove, and a pretty kitchen/diner. A short stroll from Newlyn's, restaurants, galleries, shops, seafront and harbour and within easy reach of nearby towns like Penzance, Marazion and Mousehole.
Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Great location
Perfect if you love Newlyn (which we really do), pretty cottage, right size for 2 and heating and water great but needs a bit of TLC as smell of bad drains in the kitchen and faulty ceiling light in the main bedroom (kept shorting out) and bathroom a bit basic.

perfect cottage & perfect location
Crabpot cottage was a quaint cottage in Newlyn. The location was perfect in the small village, a total Cornish experience. Loved our stay there.
