This condo has a unique open floor plan with spacious, bright rooms featuring floor-to-ceiling glass and exquisite porcelain marble tile.
This condo has a large fully equipped and a large dining table perfect for enjoying family meals with a gorgeous view of the Gulf.The large master suite enjoys a whirlpool tub and the guest bath features a custom tile and glass separate shower. Relax in the spacious living room that offers a sectional sleeper providing more sleeping space for a larger group. It also has a king bed in the master, two queens in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom.

SeaSpray offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, a BBQ grill area, and our beautiful Marina with boat launch.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Beautiful views with wrap around balcony and great living area layout. Property manager was very responsive with maintenance issues. Unit definitely needs a deep cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is our fifth year at this unit, will look around for new rental. Second in year in a row that the HVAC did not work properly. Tile floors were filthy. Clothes dryer only worked on 3 items. forget towels.
