Sandy Key - unit 538
This eloquently furnished unit is located on the 5th floor west corner of Tower III here at Sandy Key. It is a very popular 3 bedroom/2 bath unit that comes with a long list of amenities. This unit features the luxury of a beautiful expansive full view of the Gulf of Mexico, along with the key shaped pool below. You have access to the hot tub and well maintained grill and picnic area for the ideal meal with your family and friends. The state of the art workout center is also located on the ground floor of this Tower. This unit has a very comfortable living area with a great Gulf view balcony just outside the sliding glass doors. It includes a 65" LED SMART TV with DVR and a DVD player. The kitchen is completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances and fully equipped for the gourmet chef. The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the table and 2 more at counter. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and a wonderful view of the Gulf with balcony access right through the sliding glass doors. The adjacent master bath is equipped with a jetted tub/shower combo. The middle guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and it's very own smaller Gulf side balcony. The front bedroom also has 2 full beds. The shared guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All three bedrooms have TV's, DVD players, and plenty of closet and drawer space. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The entire unit has tiled floor with the exception of the bedrooms, which are carpeted. Owners are always adding accessories and keep this unit well maintained. Pictures do not reflect the latest bedding upgrades in all three bedrooms. You will truly enjoy your stay and want to return for future getaways. (No smoking or pets allowed)
