The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, including Andy D's, and the Santa Rosa Sound was within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Brent the owner/host communicated well. Cannot beat the view from the balcony. The pullout single sleepers doubled as a great lounge chair for the kiddo to rest in between sun and sand sessions. The arcade was a nice addition. Loved the area and will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous views, everything about the place is excellent. Food/drinks are within walking distance. If u have kids that love to fish, this place is perfect. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch our teenagers fish. During our stay we saw sea turtles, dolphins, and watched someone catch an 8ft shark.

We do annual trip to navarre , so far this is the best stay we have! Its clean , aircon was cold , and water supply is not a problem . Shower curtain looks like brand new , beddings are clean . Top of the refrigerator has no dust , Spacious condo. Plus beach umbrella and two chairs are free of charge when we walk to the beach . Balcony has beautiful high chairs and table ,

Summerwind is a great place to stay the views, pier access and just an overall well run complex. Our condo was beautiful and our host was very nice! I just have two things I’d improve 1) more carts to carry your stuff out when your checking out (Saturday was so busy with everyone leaving we had to carry our stuff out in three trips) 2) move the visitor parking towards the back ( we had to park so far away from our complex when there was 4 visitor spots close to the front. If you’re visiting for 30 minutes you can walk)! Otherwise very good experience at Summerwind resort!! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had such a good time in Navarre! The condo was so nice and everything was very clean! I loved how clean the kitchen was and all the plates, utensils, pot/pans etc. The views of the beach were so pretty from the 10th floor! We will definitely be back!

Oma’s Escape

This was the perfect place for my three day escape. The condo was pretty and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and made my morning coffee taste even better than it does at home. The 10th floor allowed perfect views without all of the noise. I miss it already.

Beautiful Beach Location

The view from balcony was wonderful. The property owner/host answered any questions quickly. This particular property had a fold out wagon to carry stuff to beach, which was great. Also we had 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided by service along with renting this property, which was great. Absolutely loved our stay.

Navarre Beach stay.

Had an excellent stay at Navarre Beach! Property has everything and you could watch an epic sunrise from the balcony. Close to everything in Navarre can walk to several restaurants and the pier. Brent was awesome and when something was needed he answered swiftly. The pool and hot tub are also a great bonus! Would recommend this property to anyone.

We will be coming back.

Our stay was great, we had everything we needed. From beach toys, and the wagon to carry everything. The balcony was my favorite. Although I accidentally did not book enough days as I thought I did. Brent was completely understanding and allowed us to take our time to check out. And that was after allowing us to check in early on the day we arrived.
