Host was welcoming and attentive. Condo was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies. Loved the double/seperate vanity and toilet setup with shower in between. Unit also has bunk beds which is an added bonus as well. Hope to return yearly!

The beach chair and umbrella really sealed the deal for my wife. We have already told others about our experience. I'm sure we'll go again, hopefully, we can get the same unit.

First was the communication with the owner. Always right there and always so nice. Next was the property, very clean, plenty of parking, elevator was fast, right on the beach and close to everything. Then there was the condo, we absolutely loved it. The couches was where we sat because they were loveseats. I had broken my ankle and it was easier to prop my foot up on the cushion we had. Great views of the pier and ocean. The bed was so comfortable and loved that it was a king. Made for the best vacation. Definitely stay here if you have the option.

The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, including Andy D's, and the Santa Rosa Sound was within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Brent the owner/host communicated well. Cannot beat the view from the balcony. The pullout single sleepers doubled as a great lounge chair for the kiddo to rest in between sun and sand sessions. The arcade was a nice addition. Loved the area and will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous views, everything about the place is excellent. Food/drinks are within walking distance. If u have kids that love to fish, this place is perfect. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch our teenagers fish. During our stay we saw sea turtles, dolphins, and watched someone catch an 8ft shark.
