This comfortable and fully functional condo offers sleeping for 6 guests with spacious 1.5 baths, a fully functional kitchen including dishwasher, washer & dryer, and balcony. Located on the 13th floor, just below the penthouse. 1 private bedroom with king size bed & flat screen TV, 1 bunk bed built-in in hallway, Couch in living room is a queen sleeper for 2. Flat screen TV's in living room & bedroom both with cable TV. Free private Internet service for your use. Umbrella and chairs you can take to the beach. Free access to the pool, hot tub, and exercise room on the third floor. Outdoor BBQ's and picnic area. Book a week and get a 10% discount. WE HAVE A PRIVATE PARKING SPOT IN THE GARAGE.
