Settle into a furnished waterfront home at Palm Beach Club 221 on Pensacola Beach's west end. This bright 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sits on Santa Rosa Sound, with two balconies for enjoying the water views. The Gulf beach is across Fort Pickens Road, and Gulf Islands National Seashore is nearby.

The space
The multi-level condo offers a comfortable living room with a flat-screen smart TV, a separate dining area, and a full galley-style kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and two covered parking spaces make everyday living convenient during a longer stay. Extended stays are welcome for available dates.

Bedroom layout
1. Primary bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, Sound views, and balcony access.
2. Guest bedroom: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
3. Third loft bedroom: Queen bed plus twin/twin bunk bed, ensuite bathroom, and an additional sitting loft.

Please note the multi-level layout: an elevator serves the building from the parking area, but stairs inside the condo connect the levels, including access to the loft bedroom. This is not a step-free home.

Community and location
Palm Beach Club is a gated community with a shared pool and sound-side beach access. Enjoy the waterfront setting, cross Fort Pickens Road to the Gulf beach, or explore the nearby Gulf Islands National Seashore and historic Fort Pickens. Biking and jogging paths run in front of the complex.

Pensacola Beach Boardwalk offers shopping, dining, and live music. Downtown Pensacola offers additional restaurants and shops, waterfront walks, and seasonal sporting events.

We live in Pensacola so Pensacola Beach is our go-to place for weekend get-a-ways. The condo was quiet and we had access to the Gulf beaches as well as the Sound. Overall, it was a great experience.

Place was great, location great, loved access to swim/fish in Gulf or Sound. Just recommend getting a refrigerator with an ice maker that works. Would deffinately stay there again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 teens ages 15-17 and 3 adults. There was plenty room and we were close to EVERYTHING!! The condo was clean and the owners very easy to contact if needed. This one a vacation for the books!! There is something for everyone

Perfect!

This property was perfect for us! I wasn't sure if we would like being bayside with an ocean view instead of being right on the ocean, but it was absolutely beautiful and we would not have changed a thing! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that the condo is located right next to the state park where you can bike/run, walk on the beach or the bayside, and do a tour of historic Ft. Pickens. Both the beach and the bayside were absolutely pristine! It was also very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, from the Naval Museum to the USS Alabama and everything in between. Such a beautiful area with so much to see and do! And a beautiful condo to enjoy while you visit!

Perfect condo

This three bedroom/3 bathroom condo was the perfect place for our family. Bayside view and short walk to the gulf was easy. Beach access to the gulf was clean and it wasn’t overly crowded considering it was 4th of July weekend. Location is 5 minute drive from Fort Pickens and 20-30 minute drive to tourist area. This condo had everything we needed. Tons of dishes, cups, cooking supplies that you don’t usually find in a rental and a small electric grill on the balcony. They also had lots of games and some toys for the littles. Ben and Hannah were quick to answer any questions and reserving and checking in was simple. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for “quiet” family get away. Thank you Ben and Hannah for sharing your home.
