Tree Tops main house was extremely clean, luxurious, and comfortable. It was a perfect setting for hanging out with friends and family and cooking meals together. The sauna was easy to use and was a fun amenity for our group. The host, Steve, was easy to message and responded quickly to the couple requests and questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful house and location. So many details from the fully stocked kitchen for any gourmet chefs that may visit, to the amazing woodfired sauna, and the one of a kind tree house… This is certainly one of the most unique rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. We would not hesitate to go back.

Stunning property for a great visit

We stayed a week at Treetops with our grown children and their families. Fabulous space for family dinner and breakfast. Beautiful property to walk the dog and stargazing with the grand kids. Close to the lake, wineries ll, breweries and coffee shops. Great memories made during our week.

Great 4th of July extended Weekend Stay

I stayed at TreeTops with my wife and friends on a combined "baby moon" trip. We had a great time! The house with all its amenities and grounds are beautiful, the host was very helpful, and the recommended excursions (we did Abandon Brewing, Keuka Springs Vineyard, and Apple Barrel Orchards) were all excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

4th of July Weekend in Penn Yan

My wife I had the most incredible time during our stay at Steve’s home! This house is even more beautiful in person when you arrive and take it all in. The check in process was very easy and the house was spotless. If you are looking for a nice weekend getaway in the Finger Lakes, stop scrolling through homes and book this house immediately. It’s 100% worth it. Looking forward to staying here again.

What an incredible place! We had a fantastic weekend celebrating family. The views from the deck are amazing to wake up to and to watch the sunset.Beautifully furnished in all spaces. They thought of everything from espresso machines in the queen and king bedrooms to bathrobes and slippers for guests to use. Kitchen is well appointed too with excellent appliances.The sauna and fire pit were fun and a perfect addition to the weekend. We checked out the treehouse but didn’t get to use it. Great space!

Great first trip to Keuka:

Very impressive property with extreme attention to detail. Beautiful views. They thought of everything when it comes to amenities, linens and fully stocked kitchen. House is so new but had an AC issue, Steve was quick to try to help but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. If traveling with children make plans to get on the lake via boat rental as that was our kids favorite part of the weekend. House is lovely but removed from the lake area.

Perfect!

Great location for winery visits, nascar race in watkins glen, cidery and brewery visits, and a visit to ithaca. The view from the porch is amazing for sun rises and sunsets. And we blocked one corner with chairs so our dog could sit out there with us and we didnt worry about him chasing after any wildlife. The firepit was great for s'mores and my husband enjoyed the sauna! The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes for cooking. Not a lot of restaurants open later or every day so we cooked quite a bit. The french press was great for morning coffee. The beds were all comfortable as were the chairs and couches. Definitely great for us as 2 adults traveling with our adult son with his dog and our college age daughter.

We were so excited as we drove closer up the driveway to Tree Tops to see that it was as stunning as the pictures! Surrounded by trees and nature, it was such a peaceful location with a spectacular view of the lake. Check in was quick and the inside was so cozy and modern, with a kitchen I envied and want that ice maker!There wasn’t a thing they didn’t think of and we had everything we needed from all dishes and small appliances to any dry goods. All was bright and open and beautiful and we all had a great sleeping experience from a 5 year old to our 5# chihuahua who cuddled on the lower level bean bag. Both levels and master were more than comfy and bathrooms so pretty. The hit of the week was our nights around the fire pit with music, dancing, s'mores, and our family laughing and making memories. Thank you Steve for the extras like wine, pancake mix and gift cards… we used the brewery card and it was an unexpected treat. Wonderful 4 days.
