It is a good place for families with small kids as they have daily activities for them. However, the hotel is very noisy at night so if you are not prepared to stay up till midnight every night, you can hear the noise from the shows and activities as well as kids screaming until late. The overall atmosphere is tacky, there are no good activities for adults, and the entertainment and animation is subclass. The food is acceptable in the buffet but nothing to brag about. The elevators are very small and there is only two per building so when you have to enter or leave with suitcases you may spend 30 minutes waiting for an available elevator. The reception staff is correct but not overly friendly. We did not try any of the themed restaurants because their menu is limited and we have a picky teenager. The pool is ok but by the end of a day is like a bathtub full of hairs. The beach is right in front of the hotel but the water is always cloudy so not a good spot to snorkel. Overall the stay was acceptable but I would not return.

Stayed 2 nights and my experience was wonderful. The property is kept in a great condition, the view from a balcony to the sea and the surrondings was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. So i am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is truly steps from the beach! The views from the hotel were unbelievable and I loved spending time on my balcony watching the waves. The pool was large and had a lot of chairs each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious. I also tried the spa while there and had a great experience. The hotel was walkable to quite a few restaurants as well.

My stay at ZT Peñiscola was just ok. The grounds were very nice but that’s all i can say. The staff has an attitude. The buffet is by assigned times. I was given a specific buffet with a very specific time, with about 200 other guests. We all had to lined up in order to get in for dinner. Of all the resorts i have ever been to, i was never given an assigned time slot. Usually buffets are open 2-3 hours per meal and you go as you wish. The food selection was minimal and average at best. Most of the time it was lukewarm. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated, so that was also a downside. To be honest, not sure i would return to this resort.

I give this 5 stars as amenities and location are great but would not stay here again. It was a huge hotel and lots of tours were there, so breakfast was good but also kind of crazy. I think I was the only solo person there. Next time I will look for somewhere a little more intimate.

We stayed at this hotel and we didn’t like it at all. The staff at the reception and other areas like cleaning crew and servers/ waitresses are nasty and rude. They treat you like you don’t belong there; very unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the greatest. Avoid this place and look for another hotel where you feel welcome. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were old and took close to 12 hours to cool down once we arrived. The balcony was not suitable for infant as she could fall under the guardrail. The bathroom was outdated and moldy. The dining options were very limited and very crowded. The music at night went until 12 midnight which was very loud and too late. The staff was lovely though - very kind and helpful. The facility just needs a major upgrade for being marketed as a 4 star resort it didn’t meet my expectations.

When trying to park someone had used our assigned space. The under ground garage was very difficultand hard to maneuver in. The r[m was nice, except our reservation said it was two king beds but was actually two US doubles (apparently standards there). We had a nice balcony over the grounds but the noise fromthe kids area below was loud until about 10pm. The hallways were wide but also very loud. The internet was extremely slow and unreliable. The buffet breakfast was poor and the eggs were cold. The address is confusing as it lists the back of the hotel which you can not enter from, we thought we were lost until we asked a local.

Decidimos no salir a comer y fuimos al buffet lo encontre super caro $ 60.00 y los refrescos aparte por 6.00 más o menos por dos adultos la comida demasiado decepcionante, nada de frutas y de postre calabaza asada!! La verdad no es Recomendado excepto para personas mayor de 80 Años ya que tienen bingo en la recepcion !!
