Olá Boa tarde. A única coisa que gostei foi a distância entre o parque do Beto Carrero e a pousada, pois mesmo pedindo para não arrumar o quarto por questão de privacidade, o serviço de limpeza entrava para arrumar e desligava o ar condicionado, deixando o quarto abafado, visto que não há ventilação no mesmo de forma a manter a privacidade e segurança. O ar condicionado não funciona bem e treme a parede quando está ligado dificultando a gente de dormir, o estacionamento não é coberto e gera desconforto em pegar a chave do portão na secretaria sempre ao estacionar o carro, a beliche não é apropriada para quem tem duas crianças pequenas, o secador de cabelo não funcionava, poucas opções de tomadas no quarto, o visual da pousada não é moderna e os cômodos tem cheiro de morfo que fazia minha garganta coçar, pois sou alérgico a poeira, nunca havia me hospedado antes em um lugar que serve suco artificial e não natural, portanto o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Pelo fato da pousada estar bem localizada eu esperava muito mais e minha impressão foi: economizar para lucrar ao máximo.

Ótimo atendimento da equipe, excelente localização. Chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã bom e com variedade de frutas, pães, bolos. Apenas o suco poderia ser melhor (era artificial, se fosse natural ou polpa seria ótimo). Pontos negativos: Nosso ar do quarto fazia muito barulho em alguns momentos e estremecia a parede. Pra quem tem sono leve é desagradável.

Hotel muito bem localizado perto do parque, quarto confortável, equipe atenciosa. Tive problemas com chuveiro, pois a agua não misturava, ou era fria demais ou pelando, dificil para tomar banho e impossivel lavar cabelo. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Mas podia ter uma duração maior.
