Disappointing

We had a not good experience , when we arrived villa was not clean blankets not washed after previous guests . For our stay we have been not able to use swimming pool as was milky and dirty !!! In some beds we had big beds and part of my family was buten badly . The villa is not looking after and it’s a shame as the owner made the villa nice inside . He need to change the agent as I’m sure the owner is not aware of the problems big problems !!
