Our apartment is not in an apartment block. Tucked away in the prestigious Seacaves area of Peyia, the large, self contained, two bedroomed apartment, takes up the whole of the lower floor of our villa.
With ample free parking to the side, we are one of only two villas on our side of a small cul de sac, so you won't be disturbed by noisy neighbours partying all night long!
With us you are able to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday at your own pace.
The apartment is modern and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, with guests having exclusive access to our private swimming pool and sunbathing area.
Bedroom 1 has a comfortable King size bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table, with a dual function air-conditioning/heating unit for your comfort. Fly screens and blackout screens are fitted to the windows.
Bedroom 2 is larger and can be configured to meet required sleeping arrangements as follows:
1. 1 x double bed and bunk beds. 2. 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed. 3. 2 x single beds and bunk beds.
The bedroom also has a large wardrobe and a big chest of drawers.
A dual function air-conditioning/heating unit is fitted for your comfort.
Fly screens and blackout screens are fitted to the windows.
The Lounge Area has two comfortable settees, side tables and a flatscreen tv with on demand TV supplied free of charge.
Hi speed wifi is also provided free of charge.

The recently fitted kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric oven, electric hob and an extractor fan. The sink tap provides hot and cold water from the tanks, and drinking water direct from the supply main.
Utensils, pans, crockery, cafetieres, cutlery etc. are all provided.
The dining room contains a large dining table which will seat 6 with ease. There is an air-conditioning unit for your comfort and a new fridge freezer for storing perishable foods.
The bathroom is equipped with a new walk in shower with sliding glass door enclosure, together with a toilet and handbasin with a vanity unit.
Outside the entrance there is a guests private patio area with a table, chairs and sun umbrella.
A barbecue can be provided upon request but guests will need to supply their own charcoal, firelighters etc.
Up a flight of steps from the guests patio area is the pool area with outside shower and sunloungers. Guest have exclusive access to the pool and are free to use these facilities.
For reasons of safety we do ask guests to refrain from using the pool during hours of darkness, and to ensure that children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult when poolside.
Located between Coral Bay and St Georges Harbour, we are hidden away from the tourist hotspots, but we are only a very short walk from the Seacaves cliff tops where you can enjoy stunning views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
As such we are within easy reach of Coral Bay's sandy beaches and the coastal path from the cliff tops will take you to 3 lovely beaches and as far as the delightful St Georges Harbour.
Our apartment also provides an ideal base for you to explore nearby villages, experience visits to local vineyards, pop over to Latsi, Polis and Pomos or just explore the beautiful coastline and countryside of the Akamas Peninsula.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

We stayed between the 7th and 13th October 2025.All we can say is WOW!, what a lovely apartment. Inga and Tim are great hosts, nothing was any trouble. The apartment is very very clean, everything is there what you need. The pool is lovely and very clean, the area around the pool is surrounded by a patio and very well kept gardens. Will definitely be back and stay again. I think anyone who books and stays at the apartment will be impressed.

We all really enjoyed ourselves at this property. Extremely well equipped, basically a home from home and more. Air con, top notch, pool was immaculate, surroundings were outstanding, and to top it all off, a friendly couple who are on hand if needed, (massive bonus if you ask me), but absolutely leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. Barely saw them in the two weeks we were there, but it was reassuring to know THAT they were there if anything went wrong. A great family holiday was had by all, the place is fully equipped, modern and fresh, with people who as others have said, have your enjoyment paramount to them. We had some difficulty finding the place in all honesty, it was like 3 am, and I was in a hire car after a full days travelling, Tim the owner was on hand at even that time, I phoned him up and said I just cannot find the accommodation, and this is my point of how kind and dilligent these people are, he said I will come and find you, and get you here safely. For the record, when you come down the main road, and you see the Cap St George sign, turn left, go down that road, and keep on going until you see a sign on the left hand side that says Sea Caves villas, its the first left after that sign, and then go down approx 100 yards, and then it is the first left again, go into the cul de sac, and you should find the property easy from there, if not, Tim will come and find you, and get you there safely. Thanks guys, really enjoyed it.

Beautiful well maintained and appointed property. Immaculately clean accommodation and pool. Hosts Tim & Inga are warm, welcoming and have thought of everything when planning this apartment. It is cool and spacious with ever resource you could possibly want provided The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Lots of fabulous places to eat and breathtaking beaches for swimming in crystal clear waters on the doorstep. We’ve loved it so much that we have already booked for next year.
