POOL ACCESS: Tucked into the low beach dunes and centrally located, the prized outdoor pool park at Bridgewater offers a large pool, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, and furnished poolside patio surround. A second pool is located indoors along with a hot tub and fitness room. The indoor/outdoor pool complex is for Bridgewater owner/guest use only. (No outdoor pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: A ramped boardwalk to the beach is available directly from the outdoor pool area, and a second boardwalk is available on the building’s south end.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays over peak summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Flexible minimum night stays available the rest of the year. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. The condo has a beautiful view, is nicely updated and decorated, and had nearly everything we needed in the kitchen. Check-in and out were a breeze, and we appreciated being notified the day before travel that we could check-in early. We had an issue with a clogged bathroom sink (it was unusable) that wasn't repaired until late Monday afternoon (I had to call three times). We were also unaware of the lack of an ice maker, which is something we take for granted at the beach. Only one small, broken ice tray was in the freezer, and we had to buy bags of ice during our stay.
