Standards dropped

I stayed at this hotel last year and was quite pleased but a year on the standards have dropped bathroom not as clean the sink tap was hanging off they was no shower curtain so by time 3 people showered the bathroom was a wash ,and in general where looking shabby .

Reasonable value for area

Nice place with a small but ok pool, not too far from the beach (10 mins tops) with small but acceptable rooms, check the bed as. They can be unacceptably hard for a good nights sleep. We had our room changed after first night with no problems from the staff. Service generally very good.

Nice hotel close to the beach restaurants

Nice hotel clean quiet spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was nice to relax and cool off in.

การเดินทางง่ายและสะดวกดี การต้อนรับดี แต่ภายในห้องพักที่พื้นห้องมีฝุ่นเดินแล้วรู้สึกเลยค่ะ (ฝ่าเท้าดำ) แอร์ไม่เย็นค่ะ มีกลิ่นเหม็นท่อน้ำแรงมาก ต้องปิดประตูห้องน้ำไว้ตลอดเวลา สิ่งที่ขอให้ปรับปรุงคือเรื่องความสะอาดค่ะ

Klein, fein aber nicht mehr so ruhig

Das Hotel ist klein und fein. Im Hotel ist es ruhig. Leider ist die sich in der Nähe befindliche Disco im Gegensatz zum Vorjahr um einiges lauter geworden und das auch wochentags. Im vorigen Jahr waren an Samstagen nur die an und abfahrenden Motoräder nervig. Von der Disco war da noch nichts zu hören. Nachtschwärmer stört das aber sicher nicht. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Menschen, die viel unternehmen wollen, ideal, denn man kommt von dort gut mit den Bathtaxen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zum Sandstrand sind es 3 Gehminuten. Ich persönlich würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein ruhige gelegenes Quartier bevorzugen.

Ruhiges Hotel

Hotel war einige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Bangsaen Beach ist angenehm zu benutzen. Auch der Ortsteil selbst. Das ruhige Hotel lag in einer Nebenstraße. Aber über Google Maps schwer zu erreichen, weil Adressangabe nicht übereinstimmt. Unser Taxifahrer hat mehrmals nachgefragt. Sauberes und angenehmes Zimmer haben wir aber vorgefunden. Für persönliche Wertgegenstände gab es aber im Zimmer noch im Hotel keinen Safe.

การพักที่ไม่เคยเจอมาก่อน โดน Downgrade ห้องจากที่จองในเว็ป

จองห้องแบบ นอนได้ 3คน 1 เตียงใหญ่ กะ 1 เตียงเดี่ยว พอไปถึงบอกห้องเต็มให้พักห้องแบบ เตียงใหญ่ 1 เตียง ซึ่งราคาในเวปราคาถูกกว่า แต่เลือกแบบแพงกว่า ผมมองดูกุญแจยังคาอยู่หน้าประตูห้องอยู่ตั้งหลายห้องแต่บอกว่าเต็ม โดนโกงกันเห็นๆ บอกห้องแบบที่เราแจ้งต้องเปร็งนะราคา 1200 บาท/คืน แต่ตอนจองใน hotel.com ไม่มีราคาตามที่พนักงานบอก ผมว่าทาง hotel.com ควรเลือกโรงแรมมาลงเว็ป ให้มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากกว่านี้ แถมห้องนำ้ระบบท่อนำ้ก็มีกลิ่นขึนมาหลังจากอาบน้ำเสร็จ ที่จอดรถมีแค่ 3คัน แถมติดกะผับใหญ่ รถเต็มไปหมด ไม่เหมาะกับคนที่เอารถมาด้วย วันถัดไปเปลี่ยนโรงแรม ที่จอดเป็นสิบ ราคา 500/คืน จองตรงกะโรงแรม ถูกกว่าอีก คืนที่จองกะ hotel.com 900/คืน ทำให้ไม่ค่อยเชื่อเว็ปเท่าไรแล้วตอนนี้ ที่สำคัญความถูกต้อง ซื่อสัตย์ต่อลูกค้าเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ทำให้การจองผ่านเว็ปกะจังหวัดเล็กๆ ควรจองตรงกะโรงแรมจะดีกว่า ได้เห็นห้องก่อนตัดสินใจชำระเงิน ถ้าเป็นจังหวัดใหญ่อย่างเชียงใหม่ ภูเก็ต ไม่น่ามีปัญหาไรกะการจองผ่านเว็ป เผลอๆ ได้อัพเกรดแต่งวดนี้โดน drowgrade เพราะว่าราคาที่เราจองห้องถูกกว่าลูกค้า walk in cheating มาก ให้ห้องตามราคาลูกค้า walk in จ่าย คือห้อง standard ผมไม่แนะนำให้มาพักที่โรงแรมนี้นะครับ ถึงจะถูกก็ไม่สนับสนุนโรงแรมที่ขาดความซื่อสัตย์ต่อลูกค้า และความสะดวกสบายในการเข้าออก และที่จอดรถ ก็ไม่สะดวก พักที่อื่นดีกว่ากับราคาที่เท่าๆกัน ได้ห้องพักไม่ตรงกับในเวปที่จองไว้ ..โดน downgrade เฉย

ควรปรับปรุงในเรื่องห้องน้ำนะค่ะ ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่ออืดขึ้นมาค่ะ และก็มีตะขาบตัวใหญ่ไม่รู้มาจากไหน พอดีพักอยู่บริเวณชั้น 1 แล้วมีเด็กเล็กด้วย

Das Hotel ist schön, aber wegen zu kleiner Bezeichnung am Eingang schwer zu finden. Samstagnacht war es laut, da wegen der nahen Pub-/Diskomeile anscheinend alle Mopeds die Schleichstrecke am Hotel vorbei nehmen. Ohne Ohrstöpsel wäre an Schlaf nicht zu denken gewesen.
