Luxury apartment completely renovated in 2017, on the 3rd floor, in a Thai style residence with swimming pool, bar and garden. Ideal location in quiet and facing the sea overlooking the bay, yet close to the lively center of Patong. Ideal for family holidays or solo.
Apartment of 100 m2, including a beautiful terrace, living room, dining area, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets including 1 independent. The rooms are equipped with a queen size double bed and the other with 2 x 1 meter beds.
Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided and daily cleaning is included except Sundays.

Beware other owners

Condo great great location only problem being made uncomfortable by owners of other condos think they own the whole complex sitting on lounger by the pool when an owner dragged a big heavy lounger across and slammed it next to me obviously i was sitting where he usually sits did not spend much time by the pool 8 days out of 2 months bar not opened was only opened when the head of the tennants association ok'd which was a Friday and Saturday evening only when he and his wife fancied a drink with their friends (other owners) so sad as the owners of the condo we rented were lovely soo clean and had everything we needed maybe some people need to be taken down a notch or two
