Restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, pickleball, tennis and recreation are all within an easy walk.

Designed for Groups & Families

The Manor is truly designed for groups to gather comfortably. The large, fully stocked kitchen opens to connected dining and living spaces with seating for 20 combined, including a dining table for 10 and living room seating for 10. Outdoors, the back porch and fire pit area seats up to 17 together, with additional seating for 6 on the front porch.

Beyond the parking area, guests can also enjoy a large private open lot behind the property with plenty of room to spread out, along with oversized outdoor chess, Giant Jenga and cornhole. An indoor pool table is available upon request and discreetly stored when not in use. A grill is also available on site.

The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, drinkware and silverware for larger groups. Families traveling with little ones will also find a highchair, baby gate and baby monitor available for use. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for easy beach days just across the street.

The Manor’s overnight residence is completely private and exclusively yours throughout your stay. The ground level is home to two quiet, high-end boutiques that operate from approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There are no shared guest spaces, and the businesses do not interfere with the privacy or enjoyment of the residence.

Weddings & Private Events

The Manor on Scenic is also available for weddings and private events through a separate event booking process. All parties, gatherings and events beyond registered overnight guests require advance approval and must be booked accordingly. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited and enforced.
