Misleading advertising and poor communication with Vacasa
The listing originally stated air and heating was included but later was changed. The listing and agents went from stating air is included to stating there was a portable unit. Neither was true but the listing would have attracted anyone needing air conditioning as a requirement to booking a condo which we did need. The unit was very hot but mostly the communication and willingness to give accurate information was very poor. Otherwise the unit was a great location, clean with necessary supplies to get you started.

Good Stay
Utah locals. Staycation in Park City often. Staying in PC in July is rough - no one has AC. Chose this place bc of 3 ceiling fans and a portable AC. In July, look for those amenities.
PROS:
1. Quiet & secluded, but conveniently between Kimball Junc & downtown. Townhome close enough to clubhouse
2. Fun pool; 3 pools in the same area - baby pool, kid pool, grown up pool + out & indoor spa & sauna.
3. Slept comfortably (2 ad./15 yo/10 yo). Easily sleeps 8 if double beds are shared.
4. Touches: stocked kitchen. Travel toiletries. Fun board games.
5. Stylish, updates that were done were nice, well maintained.
6. Phone charging outlets at bedsides.
CONS:
1. Steep stairs, not toddler friendly.
2. second floor location
3. Needs a bit more updating from the 70's/80's: baseboards, doors, carpet, stair rail, toilets, bathtub surrounds, but not a dealbreaker.
4. 3rd bedroom needs a ceiling fan or AC unit, it was a sauna (remember, this was July).
5. All 3 TV's were different to figure out, took a lot of time.
6. Patio furniture needed cleaning.
7. The pools are going to need resurfacing and retiling - and indoor spa replacing - soon, but fine for now.
8. If upstairs guests are looking for a lot of privacy, this isn't your place.

Our visit
Hello, my friends and I had such a great time at this rental. Conveniently walking distance to the slopes and close to downtown park city. Cons: there were only 2 rolls of toilet, 1 per bathroom for our entire stay. I’d suggest having at least 2 rolls per bathroom. We’ll consider coming back if the cost is similar.

Comfortable
It was clean and bedding was nice. I forgot my house slippers but it fine because the floors were clean. Plenty of sleeping space. There was way more bed space (could of slept 8- but the living space holds 6 comfortably). The location was great! 6 minutes walk to the lifts or you can call for shuttle service if you have equipment. I would rent it again.

Great Mountain House
We spent the weekend at this home and it was everything we could of hoped for. The home has everything you need. The free on-demand shuttle service to the lifts was fast and easy. We would love to return.

Loved the Condo and the Convenience!
Loved this loft style Condo with fireplace! Lots of room and at the same time felt like a cozy chalet! Was very clean and well taken care of, and we made sure we took care of it too! Could see the mountains from the front porch and was one short block up from the Clubhouse where we spent every day after skiing in the 2 hot tubs (one outside and one inside) and in the sauna and in the pool that was perfectly warm for winter swimming! The Shuttle service was fantastic! Just schedule a time and they picked us up at the condo and dropped us off at the entrance to the Sun Dial steps from the Red Pine Gondola! So nice not to have to worry about finding parking! The staff and management were absolutely fantastic to work with. My sons told me when we left that "IT WAS THE BEST TIME THEY EVER HAD" and we've been coming to Utah for 12 years! We won't stay anywhere else from now on! Thank you!!

Great Location for Skiing
Overall, this apartment served as a great home base for our ski trip. There is a shuttle pick up spot nearby and had enough beds for all six of us on the trip. Checking in was super easy and Turnkey answered all my questions quickly.

Small, but good location
We arrived at night, it was difficult to see keypad to enter, no lighting. Property was smaller than I expected, but well equipped. We had no tissue and no paper towels. I texted the number in email and the response was “I’ll look into it”. But nothing happened. Bathrooms (toilet/shower) are super small. Although kitchen is well equipped, it is small and you can’t sit at table and cook at the same time. The dryer doesn’t dry clothes. A little disappointed overall, but good enough.

Great location, well-stocked unit. Service was a bit slow
Overall we really enjoyed this unit. It is well located within the Canyons Village and easy to catch a shuttle to the lifts or even walk when we needed to (about 10 min).
The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook spaghetti dinner for a large group of friends with the pots, pans, spices and cooking surface available (after a stop at the Walmart for groceries about 10 min away). We had to serve the dinner at another property, as no way this would have fit 5 families, but the kitchen supplies were great.
The one issue we had was that the toilet was empty and yet running continuously and loudly when we checked in. It is a bit surprising that the cleaners didn't notice, it was so loud. it took a full day for them to get it fixed - it was disappointing that they could not fix it when we checked in at 5pm and called right away.
In my previous experience Turnkey has been a little more on top of such issues. Eventually they did fix it and everything after that was great, but it was annoying to have to chase down the issue as well as troop upstairs the first night and half-wake up our kids every time we wanted to use the bathroom.
Hopefully that is a "one off" as overall it's a very nice and roomy unit.

Bumpy
The first night was good but let me tell you about our Thanksgiving holiday experience: there was a major plumbing issue on the second day-the disposal, sink, and dishwasher backed up causing a drainage mess but thankfully the bathrooms worked. I spoke to turnkey and they sent over a handyman who could not unclog the drain. The next day was Thanksgiving and we had to use disposable plates, etc. and the following day a plumber arrived who could not fix the problem either. At that point we had to move to another VBRO. Turnkey was very helpful and accommodating throughout. We had a nice time in Park City in-spite of all of the inconveniences.

Great little place!
A couple buddies and I stayed here for 4 midweek nights and it was the perfect hub for us while we travelled to different ski resorts during the day. Very clean, comfortable, and incredible value for the size and location of this condo compared to other places that I looked at.
The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked. We had planned on eating out most nights but ended up making dinner and stayed in 3 out of the 4 nights since the kitchen had everything we needed. Pro tip, there’s a crock pot so load that up in the morning with chili or stew and come home to a warm meal.
Do note that the upstairs loft bedrooms open up to the living area below so if someone wants to get an early night sleep while others stay up you will get some of that downstairs noise up there. Wasn’t an issue for us as we all crashed at the same time.
Jacuzzi is an easy 2-3 minute walk to get to. You do need to call the clubhouse 24 hrs in advance to reserve a time in the jacuzzi so it’s not as easy as just showing up and taking a dip. And there’s not supposed to be any alcohol in the pool/jacuzzi area so another pro tip, bring a hydro flask or some sort of Big Gulp cup with your favorite “non-alcoholic” beverage.
Kimball Junction is a quick 5 minute drive away and has a Smith’s, Whole Foods, state run liquor store and tons of dining options. Downtown Park City/Main St is a 10 minute drive or you can walk 5-10 minutes down to the 7-11 and take a 20 minute ride on the free Park City bus.
All in all this condo is the perfect landing spot for a small group of friends or families. I’ll definitely look at this place again on my next trip to Utah.
