This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit has a large living space with dining area, modern kitchen and living room space open concept with fireplace.
When entering the property, the first bottom floor will be the mudroom with ample hangers and storage for your items to dry. Up the stairs you will walk into the main living area with kitchen to your left. The kitchen comes fully equipped for making meals with a stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and ice maker freezer. The dining room and living room area can comfortably seat 6. The guest bedroom is off the living room composed of 2 Queen beds, bunk style with a closet to store items. An ensuite bathroom can be opened to be shared with the living room. This modern bedroom has a shower/tub combo and large sink counter with a bright cheery atmosphere.
Continue walking upstairs and there is an office desk on your left below a window with a private balcony to the right. Enter into the master bedroom and be greeted by a modern king size bed with ensuite bathroom and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has large counter with 2 sinks and a shower/tub combo. The Pearl at Park City has all the finishing touches for a cozy romantic getaway or an adults ski trip conveniently located on the free public bus route that services the greater Park City area. 18th Birthday ski trip
Took my nephew skiing for his 18th, this property was perfectly located to get to all the slopes and the downtown area. Extremely clean and new, all the furnishing felt as if they were new and top quality!! Definitely will be searching out this property for next time.
