Close to Deer Valley so you can jump on the bus or drive up to this exclusive resort. Main Street, Park City is less than 1 mile. Walk-able or take the bus which is steps from our condo. Mountain view two-bedroom condo with new stone countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, bathroom tile, sinks, and 6' soaker tub as well as 55" 4K TV. The external building is halfway through a $1.5 million dollar renovation with new decks, railing, elevator, driveway, and in summer 2026 a completely redone exterior. Great Place and Great Location
Overall, this was a great stay and very comfortable. The walk to the mountain was super easy. A couple of other people staying in a different unit told us that we could ski the golf course right to the unit, but we did not mind walking and leaving our ski gear up at the mountain. The bus stop is also right outside the unit so that is another convenient way to get around. Overall, we found the unit to be very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great All Around!
This place was fantastic for our family ski trip. Easy walk to the slopes but had plenty of room to relax. The parking lot for Park City resort is right across the street so we never had to move our car from the garage during our stay. Easy communication with the owners and a well appointed and spacious condo. Hope to come back soon!

Great Condo
My family stays at this condominium complex every year to go skiing at PC mountain. When we found this VRBO online, we were ecstatic that we would be within walking distance to them. The cleanliness of the property, the location to the mountain and the responsiveness and professionalism that Tony delivered did not disappoint. Highly recommend staying here with you and your loved ones and creating memories in the snow!

Great location and place
We traveled with two adult and three children (10,12&15). The condo was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect with the shuttle literally right out the front door that can take you to Main Street, the grocery store (which is really only 3 blocks away or to the main park city mountain for skiing. Skiing is close enough for a 5 min walk also. We walked back to the condo every day from the main park city amounts in. Very convenient. The owners were very nice and very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again some day.

We were very pleased with the quality of our accomodations for the week- from the close proximity to the buses and ski areas to the ease of ski storage for our gear. Everything we needed to help make navigating the area was provided by the host and the condo had what we needed to have a comfortable stay. Spacious and clean unit with a great view of PCM. We’ll definitely stay again when we come back for another visit!!

We had a great stay in Park City. The condo was clean and as described in the listing. The location is perfect; close to the Park /city ski mountain and the Fresh Direct Market. We walked to the ski lift every morning and found a path to ski down to the back of the condo at the end of the day. It is also close to a stop on the free transit system, which was great for going into Main Street. It is also possible to walk to Main Street, which is about a 20-25 minute walk. The host was also very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. Don’t hesitate in booking this condo.

Convenient and comfortable
We rented this condo for a ski trip for myself and my 22 & 20 year old kids. This was quite simply the best ski condo I’ve stayed in over years of trips.
Pros:
Location : Less than 10 min walk to closest (Eagle) lift. Bus stop right outside condo and a 2 min ride to the mountain. Possible to ski back to the condo (need to take off skis to cross one street.
Storage : Ski lockers at the entrance level make it super easy to not lug equipment upstairs to the condo. There’s also a workbench in the locker room if you need to make any adjustments to skis / snowboards.
Master Bedroom : Comfy king size bed and en suite full bath with a separate door for the toilet / shower stall area. Super convenient.
2nd Bedroom : 2 beds that were fine for my kids and a second full bath.
Kitchen : convenient and easy to use everything. We only cooked breakfast. Appliances looked new. Drip coffee maker + espresso machine, including filters for the coffee maker so you don’t have to rush to the store to find the right size.
Super friendly owners of several units. One of them hosted an apres-ski party the night before we were to leave. It was an awesome event as many of the renters and owners attended. Truly lovely people in the building.
Cons: I can’t think of any.
Next time I ski in Park City, I’ll definitely try to book this unit.

Great Stay
Our family of four (two children ages 8 & 10) had a great 4-night stay just before Christmas. The place was clean, well-appointed, and consistent with the VRBO description. Communication with the owner was seamless as well.
One of the lesser-discussed aspects of this condo that we really liked was the easy access in and out of the building. Elevator from the parking garage was nice as many of these ski condos require you to lug up some large suitcases and ski gear up several flights of stairs. Additionally, there is an outdoor building staircase next to the condo that allows you to get down to the street in about 20 seconds. Of course, you can take the elevator down too, but the convenience of the stairs was great too.

Perfect in every way
This condo was perfect in every way. We are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teens and the space was amazing and comfortable. Very high end decor and finishes, exceptionally clean, location couldn't be any better for PC skiing, main street, and everything in between. Communication with the owner was easy and fast when it was necessary. Checkin and out process was seamless and easy to follow. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, it truly was the perfect place to stay!

Great Location!
This condo is perfectly situated walking distance to the lifts or a short bus ride to the Park City Mountain Base. With a bus stop right out front you can take the free shuttle into town or the mountain. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. My family of 4 was very comfortable in the 2 bedroom space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Overall a great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

Great Place To Stay
We had a great stay during our annual PC ski trip. This is a very well-appointed and updated 2 bedroom condo close to the Park City Mountain Resort. Just a short walk up the hill. Or even better the bus stop is at the condo entrance making it easy to get to and from the slopes or travel around town.
With a fullly equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, we had no complaints about the condition and functioning of the unit. The pool turned hot tub spa for the winter months was also very nice.

Nice and well located for Park City Resort
We stayed for a week skiing in January and this 2 bed condo was great. While not slopeside it was an 8 minute walk in ski gear with young kids, or 1stop on the bus which came regularly enough. To eat out you’ll need to jump on a bus downtown or a 10min walk to the Fresh Market area. Condo has everything we needed including a tub to soak away the ski legs. Shame there wasn’t a golf course view for the price, so ok value for Park City in peak season.

Great Condo, Great Location
This was our first visit to Park City and Tony's condo was the perfect place for us! The condo was wonderful inside - nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and a good size space for our family of 5. The building had a room just for storing skis and boots so no need to lug them up to the condo each night, and plenty of easy parking space. The location of the condo was easy walking distance to the lifts and close to the grocery store too. Tony provided helpful instructions for the condo, nearby restaurants, the town, etc. He even left a welcome gift of chocolates! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot!
My boys and I had the perfect first time experience in Utah! This condo was in the perfect location for us to get to the slopes, rent, skis, and be close to stores or restaurants. Skiing and convenience to the lifts was great! Coles ski shop is literally across the parking lot.
