The community pool is undergoing renovations with an estimated ready to use date of July 16th.

You enter this newly remodeled town-home from the ground floor. On this level, you will find the washer, dryer and mudroom with lockers for skis, boots, helmets and clothing. Also on this level is an en-suite bedroom with two sets of custom built bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a flat screen TV. Guests will enjoy heated floors in this attached bath.

Upstairs on the main level is the family room, dining room with seating for 10, and the spacious gourmet kitchen with all new appliances (Sub-Zero and Wolf). The owner loves to cook, so everything is state of the art with a 48" 8 burner Wolf range and two ovens. There is a separate coffee bar with a secondary drawer dishwasher. The family room includes a gas fireplace, 70" flat screen TV and a Sonos sound system. This level includes a Master Suite with a King bed, gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The attached master bath has heated marble floors, thermostatic dual hand showers, as well as a rain shower.

The upper level features a Junior Master Suite with a King bed and a heated deck. This level includes the Twin bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to turn them into a King bed (simply let us know in advance how you would like this bedroom configured). In the loft you’ll find a queen size sofa sleeper and a large TV. All four of the bedrooms have their own attached bath and new TVs.

Sooth your tired muscles by relaxing in the private hot tub (seats 6) on the private patio off the back of the town-home. This patio has a heated deck to keep it free of snow. There is also a propane grill for barbecuing in the summer or winter.

PARKING: The garage is not available since the owner's vehicle is stored there, but the space in front of the garage is assigned parking and there are numerous other unassigned spaces in the complex.
SKI ACCESS: It’s a short walk to the Silver Lake Express ski lift.

TRANSPORTATION: The shuttle stop is 100 yards from the front door.

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed at this property
PETS: No pets are allowed at this property

PAYMENTS: Vrbo collects their Service Fee at booking. We (Red Sky Resorts) collect 50% of the reservation total (less Vrbo's Fee) 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.
