The Prince’s Suite at “La Terrasse du Prince” is an elegant suite in a period residence recently restored adding contemporary comfort and technology, ideally located for both vacation and work.
The suite is available for short periods of 5 days minimum as “chambre d’hôte”; it features a master bedroom with queen bed 160x200 cm, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet, generous living/dining and kitchen for guests’ exclusive use, open on a terrace with view over Paris’ rooftops to Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle all the way to Sacré Coeur de Montmartre.
The location at the heart of the Latin Quarter, in Rue Monsieur Le Prince, is quiet and convenient, a short walk to Pantheon, Notre Dame and Louvre, close to metro lines M4, M10 (direct to Roland Garros) and RER B to both airports. There are great restaurants, bistrot and bars a few steps away, including “Le Procope”, “Polidor”, “Les Editeurs”, “Le Comptoir du Relais”, “Le Bouillon Racine”, “La Mediterranée”, “Marco Polo” and many more. The Luxembourg Garden, a few blocks away is a perfect place to exercise or stay in touch with nature and Florentine Renaissance lifestyle downtown Paris.

The 17 square meters master bedroom is quiet and bright, overlooking the inner courtyard; it features a queen bed 160x200 cm and is served by en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower of refined details. The room is airconditioned and has a smart TV.
A separate, private work area with printer/scanner and computer screen is at guests’ disposal.
The foyer opens to a large, sunny and bright, airconditioned living and dining room for exclusive use of the Prince’s Suite guests; it opens with french doors along its entire length on a panoramic balcony offering awe-inspiring views over Paris’ rooftops. The dining area accommodates 4 to 8 people.
Clean lines flow seamlessly from the dining area into a separate kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with wood cabinetry, stone tile floor and countertops; it is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, electric hot plate and oven, microwave with grill/steam, kettle, various types of coffee makers, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer and more.
A corridor leads to the courtesy toilet, to the work area and to the master bedroom.
The whole suite is airconditioned with Samsung Windfree fancoils independent in each room.
On the ground floor, the access to the lift has two low steps; the lift, for three people, is not wheelchair accessible; the interior of the apartment has a 5 cm step leading to the living room and kitchen.
A large parking space approved for disabled people is available at a charge in the garage of the building next door, accessible without architectural barriers with a lift.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 2.5 bathrooms.
