The Neighborhood:

The 16th arrondissement is a very pleasant area, both lively and residential. It offers easy access to many of Paris' sights, including the Eiffel Tower, which is just 8 minutes away by bike, and the quays of the Seine, which make for a very pleasant stroll. It is close to Les Invalides, Place du Trocadéro and the École Militaire ......

Its relaxed atmosphere and security make it a great place to live.

Neighbourhood life is incomparable, with a multitude of cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery shops, cinemas, parks and green spaces that are typically Parisian. The Beaugrenelle shopping centre is a must for shoppers, just a 9-minute walk away.

Close to the flat, I recommend one of the best Italian restaurants, Alfredo Positano at 7 bis rue de Boulainvilliers, or Daroco around the corner a few metres away.

In short, you'll have the perfect local experience!
