Very Small

Es un lugar MUY pequeño y caluroso... es una sola estancia que tiene cama elevada y un sofacama que es la misma sala, todo se siente apretado éramos 4 personas, daba la sensación de claustrofobia ni que decir para abrir el equipaje y mantener el orden era muy complejo. estuvimos 5 noches y en verdad fue un reto psicológico lidiar con tan poco espacio, está perfecto para máximo 2 personas... o quizá para 4 pero con una estancia de máximo 2 noches, en verdad es muy pequeño. El lugar esta muy bonito y limpio pero demasiado pequeño y además en una zona de bares y restaurantes algo ruidosa.

The physical location was excellent, but the area around it is very loud until nearly 3am every night. When we first arrived we found that the pullout bed frame had severely broken supports which made the bed unusable. The host were very communicative at first and sent a maintenance person to repair. He did a terrible job and didn’t fix it. The hosts also completely stopped. We suffered through our stay. Beware if you need the second bed.

The property was nice and located in a good central location. it is located above a restaurant/pub area so it can be quiet loud if you are on the lower floors ... (open till 3-4am). There are tons of shops, malls, and transit around. very walkable.. The property manager was great But A couple of issues: - still fighting with the company to get my safety deposit back, and it's been over 2 weeks, and they have not been helpful -our last night at the property, after the bars closed. The neighours/other tenants decided to have a full-on loud conversation and filling buckets of water until 5:30 am. i had never booked via they sister sites, and i do not think i will do it again, as it has been a hassle. -different portals to submit payment, travel documents -a 3-party security deposit site (pretty sketchy). i did not think i would still be trying to get my safety deposit back 2 week later after my trip, and the only response is "talk to your CC issuer."

Location was great, I’d advise it for friends only and not families due to it being on a busy bar street you can hear the music going till about 5am which worked out for us! 4 stars only due to the heat in there and it got pretty stuffy with only a small box fan to work with, very small place 3 people was almost too much for us great for groups of 2 :)

It’s a great location but beware. This property looks nothing like the photos. Fine, who hasn’t doctored real estate photos. But after 24 hours of communication of the time of my arrival I was notified 5 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive that the “cleaners” hadn’t even shows up yet. So I was delayed for about 1.5 hours to check in. But the worst was when I turned off the lights to watch television and mice came running from under the couch. I immediately made my kids get dressed and we left and found a hotel for the remaining nights. I contacted the host who said there were no issues and then all communication became automated responses. I have not been able to get any additional help. I am trying to get this resolved directly with Vrbo but they are pushing me to deal directly with host who won’t communicate. Just beware if you choose this property. I’ve attached more accurate photos.

Excellent location. The size didn’t bother us. If you’re a family of 4. It is very tight. The beds and bedding have seen better days. Many stains on the quilt, sheets and pillows.

We booked at the last moment and without doing a lot of research, and feel lucky we stayed here. We are a family of 3 with a 9 yr old son and stayed for 3-nights. While I would never call the unit "large", the space is used efficiently and we were comfortable, and were glad we traded space for location, location, location. We were here in mid-Oct. when the windows were closed and overall the unit was quiet, where overall is that while there seemed to be a lot of good noise insulation, we could hear a faint boom-boom bass in the background from the pub downstairs (not loud enough to hear if the TV was on, but noticeable when going to sleep). Considering the price and location, I would book here again in a heart beat.

The location is absolutely incredible! You are minutes from Hotel de Ville, Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame, Les Halles and so much more. This apartment is VERY SMALL. If you're aware of that-- you'll enjoy that it has everything you need in a safe and incredibly convenient location. We stayed during a heat wave and bought two fans for the apartment. The description says that the apartment can sleep 4. That's true, but you'll be more comfortable if you only need sleeping for 2-3 people.

I loved how safe this property felt. It is super close to a lot of metro lines, restaurants and shopping. It would get a bit stuffy at times but nothing that opening the window wouldn't solve. It is small but perfect for my daughter and I. Once my husband and son arrived, it felt cramped. I wouldn't recommend this for more than 2 people for more than 2 days. The only bummer about this location was that it was directly over a night club. We could hear the music unto the wee hours hours of the morning. We remedied this by using a "sound machine" app which worked perfectly.
