Welcome to our sublime 22 m2 studio located on the 2nd floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Completely new studio: Our studio has been recently renovated to offer a luxury and modern space.

Central location: You will be ideally located for exploring Paris. The Louvre, many restaurants and tourist attractions are within a short walking distance.

Kitchen equipment: The studio is equipped with an American kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven for preparing light meals or storing drinks and snacks.

Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.

Typical small Paris apartment, not laid out for an oversized person. Best for a single, young and energetic person capable of carrying luggage up and down 4 floors. Appeared newly remodeled and furnished as advertised. Very convenient location.

Had problems with wifi the first day. Entry door did close automatically. The floor was uneven and the door would stay partially open. If someone did not push the door closed it would stay open causing a security problem.

Lovely accommodations, clean and friendly. Excellent location close to the le louvre and many other great attractions. Lovely restaurant on the corner open early and late. Air conditioning was fantastic. Only potential drawback for some might be lack of elevator. If you are not able bodied, it might be a challenge to drag your suitcase up 9 flights. Otherwise, splendid.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay. Everything was good, clean and accomodating. Had laundry in the basement. Only downfall was it was on the fourth floor. As we are an older couple this was a little bit of a negative. The restaurants and bakeries in the area were fantastic. Once we got used to the bus system it was a great way to travel. I would definitely stay here again if we could stay on the first or second floor.
