You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district and a few minutes’ walk from a large number of famous monuments.

This apartment is located on the first floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its calm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

We were so pleased with our stay at this apartment in Le Marais. We felt it gave us a real sense of what it feels like to live in Paris, it was comfortable and close to all amenities, including grocery stores and boulangeries, and an easy walk or subway ride from all attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall a good stay

The location was good and the apartment was very spacious. Everything was modern and clean, so we had a great time staying here. It was surprising to us there was no A.C since we were coming from Houston so it got quite warm (we didn't realize it was uncommon in Europe to have air conditioning.)

Great location and apartment. Host was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. The floor above is doing construction so you can hear drilling and hammering during the day. The lights went out twice and we had mess with the circuit breaker to fix it. We weren’t running multiple appliances at the same time - we weren’t running the dishwasher or clothes washer or hair dryers either.

All went perfectly during our stay. Four female friends, and we used the three bedrooms and one slept on the sofa. It was just fine, but 2 single beds in one rom would have been great! Regardless, we enjoyed the apartment and the excellent location.

The stay was wonderful and the host was very communicative. We appreciated the early check in. The space was big enough for 8 people. The location was also great. The iron worked really well! The kitchen supplies were plentiful! We appreciated the paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Just a few things I would point out that may need to be looked into: 1. The smaller washroom drain in the shower was clogged so the water kept pooling up. 2. The kitchen sink could use another sieve or strainer that will catch the food particles better. The kitchen sink was not clogged but could eventually get clogged if not maintained well by the guests that are staying there. 3. The washer-dryer took over 6 hours for the cycle to complete. It would be helpful to have the speed cycle under the instructions for the washer dryer and also a warning of how long a regular cycle would take. 4. An extra comforter would’ve been great! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
