Perfect location

I recently stayed at Hotel Residence & Spa Europe in Clichy for five nights, and overall, my experience was a mix of positives and a few disappointments. The Good The hotel is well-located in Clichy, with easy access to public transport, making it convenient for exploring Paris. The staff at reception were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any queries. The spa and pool facilities were a highlight, offering a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed ensuring a good night’s sleep. The Not-So-Good One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. For a hotel of this standard, I expected at least a kettle with basic tea and coffee provisions. Additionally, the breakfast selection was decent. The WiFi connection in the room was very reliable . Final Verdict Hotel Residence & Spa Europe offers a comfortable stay with good amenities, but the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room was a letdown. If this isn’t a deal-breaker for you ( it wasn’t for me), it’s a solid option for a stay in Clichy, particularly for those who will make use of the spa and gym facilities. Rating: 4/5

Cozy hotel. Great breakfast. Swimming pool and gym access is hidden as if a treasure. Need 3 hours booking in advance to use everytime and need access from reception staff in level zero. Tiny rooms. Room service very poor. One day they left only one towel (that too left on the floor) and the next day they only provided one towel. We had to tell the reception to ensure we get two clean towels for two adults during our stay. Breakfast is good even though very limited selection. Location is 8 min walk to station but not a very nice area. Average 2-3 star hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Residence Europe & Spa and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk from local transport links. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean. Hotel Residence Europe & Spa exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting paris for sightseeing like I did.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The shops and composite with in walking distance and the metro as well. The room with a beautiful view was so romantic room 24 with a view to the street and a beautiful widow that gives a picturesque view. Very clean .

I particularly enjoyed the spa, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The staff were always friendly and respectful. The lounge was very relaxing and had very soft seats which we used every day. All together a lovely stay and I would recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

I called the hotel for the parking before arriving the hotel. The man said he would tell me where the parking space is when I arrive. When I arrive, the receptionist lady pass me the map of the parking space, but, I could not find the parking lot, so, I found another parking lot by myself. When I checked in, I was asked to pay the full amount for one night even I already paid though Expedia. I told it to her, then she realized it’s her mistake. When she explained this hotel is smoking free hotel, I told her that we don’t smoke. Then, she told me again, I should not smoke because there was a smoke detector in the room. I didn’t understand why she told me because I had already told her that I didn’t smoke. For some reason, she suspected I would smoke secretly. I didn’t feel good. Finally I passed my ID card for checking in. She forgot to return it to me. When I pointed out, she gave me back. The room cleanness and the area around the hotel was good. But, the service from the receptionist was poor.

The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was mediocre. Food would often run out and not replenished. Noemi was a highlight of the stay. Very friendly. Rooms were great and beds were super comfortable! Very convenient to all of our sights.
