Very lovely service. Breakfast was great and fresh. Love the coffee available 24/7 and very convenient to access the subway straight into Paris. I was sad they did not have a washer/dryer and confused since they have a laundry bag in the room. Also the shower floor is not set right an allows water to poor out into the room and now the last 2 nights it smells like terrible mildew and I am sure there is water damage. They need to put in better shower floors.

Very poor room - dirty and dangerous.

Friendly Staff. Convenient Location. Room choice was accommodated . But, room dirty - marks on walls, dirt on bed cover. Lights not working. Wall light hanging out of the wall - safety risk. Not suitable for business - desk far too small.

Super close to the metro. Very quiet and safe area. Not too many food/cafe options around but the breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and my room was clean. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are nice and clean (a small stain was seen on the carpet), but overall very clean. There is a refrigerator in the room. The desks tend to be more of a shelf and narrow. The staff is excellent. Close to restaurants, bakeries, subway and if you enjoy walking not a bad walk to the Arc D'Triomphe, shopping areas, and more.
