Although the location was very central but the room was quite not clean and the AC didn’t work for three days - the team didn’t even try to help, as they only suggested to provide a free minibar (as this may help with the weather conditions) I highly don’t recommend as they know nothing aboit customer services!

Great location: Close to Auber metro station which is good for taking RER. Many bus stops around the hotel so easily accesible to poplular destinations. Close to La Fayette Haussmann department store. Space: It has quite spacious room comparing to other similar hotels I have stayed in Paris. Two closets were enough and shower water pressure was hard(personally I like hard one). Hot water came out quickly. Breakfasst and Receptions: The breakfast was good and delicious. All of staff members was super kind and nice. Thumbs up👍 Small complaint: The door won't close perfectly so it made unpleaseant noises every time I used or flushed down toilet bowl. Overall, I like this place!

Weather was surprisingly nice , hotel check in was very quick but not great in terms of service, hotel was disappointing as the hallways were a mess leading up to the rooms , the room itself was perfectly fine. Although I did not get a lot of sleep due to extremely noisy guests in the surrounding rooms.

Would stay again.

When I was checking in, the group before me had some problem, so I waited 20min...and it was already 9:30pm. But, the hotel provided slippers, conditioner, and facial tissue in the room, which is very rare for a three star in Paris! Loved the shower, yet the carpet of the room was a bit disgusting...other than that, we really enjoyed it.

I originally booked this place because of the location and from reading other reviews about its cleanliness. Unfortunately, it was not the case. The carpets in the room were a disaster, stains EVERYWHERE! The carpet was horrible. From a first glance the bathroom looked great. As soon as you look up and inside, there was mold on the walls and the roof. Although the location was great, the hotel left a lot to be desired, especially for that price. There were also no channels in English or any other language.
