We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

It has wonderful energy, nice bright windows overlooking a quaint and quiet street lined with trees and nice restaurants and cafes. Only two blocks away from the lovely Square du Temple park and right in front of the Carreau du Temple where there are many activities and events happening all year round. It is conveniently located near Place de la République where you can find a large selection of shops, cafes, supermarkets and many metro lines, buses and taxis. Right across the street from the apartment you will also find a small convenience store open until late.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
