Large atypical house on several floors. The metro is 200 meters from the house and allows you to be in the center of Paris in 15 minutes. You will find all amenities nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, spa with hamman and sauna, monoprix, picard. The house is very bright and spacious, it was completely renovated last year. It has a sunny terrace in the afternoon. The apartment is located near a large park and a stadium.
