Very close to the Daumesnil metro station, on the 5th floor with elevator, in a pretty, bright, double Haussmann apartment, a simple and comfortable room overlooking the building's courtyard and garden. With access to the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. You will be welcome there. A wardrobe and a large drawer will be at your disposal. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet and there are all the shops there. You will quickly be in all districts of Paris thanks to lines 6 and 8 and buses 29, 46, 64 and 71 which are just a stone's throw away. The Coulée verte, the Bois de Vincennes and the Arena and Jardin de Bercy are 10 minutes away on foot.
