Room very dirty, dust all under bed, poo on toilet remote control sticky and marked. Key card never worked had to keep going to reception every time came back. Not much choice on menu, Some staff quite rude and not very helpful. Wouldn’t stay again.

They can improve room cleanliness. Staff is good.

The staff is great and so was the dinner i had the previous night. But the rooms itself needs more attention. May be it was my fault that i booked a twin room which was less costly. I had itching all night in those beds. I was so afraid to open my bags because i did not want any bed mites to transfer in my luggage. One of the beds had some marks on the bedsheet but that was ok as it was external on the top. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside into the room. A neighboring room member was knocking the door and i woke up thinking someone is knocking on my door. It was very loud. Overall The room was not the cleanist and the bathroom was super small. I would not sit on the pot properly. The color of the walls (dark blue) made the room feel even more small. If they change the color and improve cleanliness it will surely improve the experience.

Our family stayed in 6 bed bunks, it worked. The shower you have to hold the entire time not great. The window to our room had no curtain. Loved the live music & dinner then breakfast next morning. Good for a 1 night stay & close to airport with transportation.

Slow service

Conveniently close to the airport with a €5 shuttle service. Room was basic but warm and clean. However service was painfully slow, it took me 35 mins to get someone to check me out, with only 2 people ahead of me checking in, which made me late for a meeting. Another time there were 6 staff behind the counter serving no guests, and one of them put a hand up telling me to wait which I did for 15 minutes patiently just to get the wifi info (which they should have just given to you at check in, or had it in the room). WiFi barely works. Booked a shuttle bus, which drove off without me because I wasn’t waiting in minus degrees outside the entrance (but in view where she could see me if she looked). Very nearly missed flight. Staff everywhere but don’t seem bothered about you waiting for so long. Told I should be speaking French, funnily enough I wasn’t going to learn French for a 1 and a half day trip to stay in an airport hotel just to go to some English speaking meetings. If I was in the centre of Paris on holiday then I would agree with them.

Nice but not great

The room we booked (family) was not available so we got 2 double rooms but 1 of the room waa double booked and another guest also got given 1 of the rooms wher i was naked when they walked in, pillows on beds are bad. 1 room was freezing! Glad we only stayed 1 night. The restaurant staff are lovely but service is not very good

Check in was slow. Gave us our room but room key did not work. We have to go back down to front desk to request another room since the door handle would not open or budge. We also had to re-key our room every day of stay. Spend the extra money and please stay elsewhere

Clean, confortable, convenient location at 5 km from Charles de Gaule airport Best is we don’t hear planes from their dark room so good night of sleep! Shuttle 5 Euros per person (taxis have a fixed price at 25 Euros; take the shuttle) Possibility of good breakfast at the hôtel
