A great find!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is beautifully laid out, in a safe feeling community, and is extremely easy to reach by public transport. Pros: - Beautiful space - Lovely area - Just 20 mins from centre of Paris - Affordable and value for money - Helpful and prompt communications - Comfortable and warm Cons: - There was a strong moss-like smell from the shower, although this faded over the few days we were there - Basic necessities like soap in the bathroom and toilet roll were in low supply Would absolutely revisit and would recommend to others!

Cleaning mix up and lots of hill starts

Positives The space and layout is good. Facilities good, dishwasher coffee machine fridge etc all okay Nice powerful shower Supermarket 5 mins walk away Surrounding area quiet and felt safe enough Negatives Apartment had not been serviced on our arrival. Was filthy with dirty sheets Hard to reach owners to get a resolution Stench pipe right outside front door meant the flat was smelly Two very steep hills in both directions to get to the nearest train stations. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT UNLESS YOU CAN WALK UP STEEP HILLS (Its only a short walk, maybe 7 or 8 mins uphill but it IS steep) 25 mins into main paris on the train. If you are booking this to save money on your accommodation dont bother as it will cost you the difference in train tickets. Overall we had a pleasant stay but that was following a very stressful arrival at 8pm to a filthy apartment with two small children and nowhere to get anything to eat as we were in the suburbs and the supermarket had closed. The apartment was cleaned the next day but we had to make our own beds and clean before we could relax, it was due to a mix up and the cleaners were marvellous the next day but it was stressful and really spoilt the first day for us. Unfortunately i still havent had a satisfactory response from the owners so i cannot tell you there was a positive outcome as there hasnt been one.

Schöne Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es kein richtigen Parkplatz man musste im innenhoff parken und die Wohnung war sehr versteckt. Man konnte Paris sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichen. Alles im einen schöne Ferienwohnung. kann ich empfehlen.

Filthy

Wiped off messy counters, cleaned the sink, vacuumed, washed smelly sheets (had to go to store to buy more detergent), mopped, all at the arrival. No communication from the property manager — did not answer any of the five questions. Property is well situated and a unique place but the poor management thereof makes me not recommend this place. Very poor communication from the management.

Schönes Atelier, aber ohne Parkplatz

Das Atelier liegt ruhig in einem schönen Garten. Es ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man über das sehr gute Wegenetz in 25-30 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Der in der Anzeige aufgeführte Parkplatz steht von Juni bis September nicht zur Verfügung. Dies wurde uns erst 5 Tage vor Ankunft ohne Alternativvorschlag mitgeteilt.

Little Appartement

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Tolles Appartement mit allem, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Das Bettsofa war sehr groß und sehr bequem. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns ein Parkhaus gesucht, es war kaum Mehraufwand. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen!

Klein, aber fein!

Ruhige Lage, Metro & Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unterkunft ist sehr schön ausgestattet, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt! :) können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen. :)
