The Lemon Suite is a 25 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 2 people. The property is located on the ground floor of a secure building without elevator.

The layout is as follows:
- Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Convenient bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- 1 WC separate from the bathroom

Take advantage of the many conveniences available in the apartment:
- Washing machine, TV screen, free Wi-Fi, iron
- Hotplates, Microwave oven, Toaster, Nespresso machine
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person

In this apartment, you'll find all the comforts you need for a memorable stay in the heart of Paris.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 10.30pm by phone, SMS or e-mail.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in the heart of Paris, our apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, with many shops and restaurants close by.

Place de la Nation: Less than 10 minutes on foot
Bercy Village: Just a 15-minute walk away.

Public transport:
Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
