Honest Review - Be Aware
Here is my long, fair, and honest review for anyone considering staying at this property, especially at the price of over 1,500 per night.Pros: - Very suitable for family gatherings and parties. There is plenty of space in the house, a large back yard, and plenty of parking.- Patient host. I unfortunately had to leave some chairs behind after check out because the company I rented from was behind schedule but the host was accommodating.- The house is well stocked with everything someone would need for their stay.Cons:- Cleanliness. It's ironic that this is the most I've ever paid to stay at a short term rental and this was also the dirtiest house I've ever stayed in. This is no exaggeration to say when I walked in it felt like I walked into a random person's house that just stepped out to walk the dog. It was dirty and not professionally cleaned at all. Food in the fridge, mail on the desk, grease on the stove etc. The host sent cleaners the next day to do a surface leaning for 45 minutes but if the host left the house like that there's no way the sheets were cleaned. The host conveniently leaves out pictures of the "gym' and some rooms because it's just a bunch of stuff everywhere. Outside was also dirty.- Professionalism. When I first brought the cleanliness to the hosts attention he tried to gaslight me and say it was just some mail. Seems like he lives there, leaves when someone books, and just cleans it himself to make a few bucks. It honestly felt like robbery
