A brand new, thoroughly modern and neatly decorated three-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, Seabreeze Chloe offers everything you may want for a comfortable holiday retreat. Part of the privately gated Seabreeze Residences and located in a quiet, private road just off the buzzy Vrysoudion Avenue, Chloe is just four hundred meters form the beautiful coastline of Protaras and less than 1km away from the blue flagged Ayia Triada Beach and the coveted Crystal Springs and Serena Beaches. A plethora of shops, bars, taverns and restaurants can be found within 2km radius of the residences.

The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent, bright ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the expectations of even the most demanding traveler. The big sliding doors open to a generous patio area, complete with a private swimming pool, and offering the opportunity for comfortable Al fresco dining.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor and offer comfortable sleeping on high quality beds and mattresses. The master bedroom comes with a King-sized bed. The remaining two bedrooms, one King sized and one with bunk beds, share a generous bathroom (all rooms share 1 bathroom).

Villa Seabreeze Chloe is a super comfortable three-bedroom villa for six guests, in a great location and an absolute home away from home!

Excellent service from the Hosts with detailed information about the property and the area, The Villa was amazing, Quiet gated community with only 10 Villas in it, excellent location about 10 minutes Drive to Protaras Strip and also Paralimni Town, shops, Bars and restaurants also within about a 15 minute walk, Would definitely recommend this Villa or the other 3 from the host in the same community
