This sensational 4 bedroom villa, situated in the ideal location of Protaras, within close walking distance to all the beaches and amenities is the epitome of luxury. With its state-of-the-art furnishings and fittings, contemporary décor and lavish extras that it offers, this villa is the ultimate choice for those looking for a relaxing yet out-of-this world stay.

As you enter the villa, you will find the grand and highly stylish open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, surrounded by bi-fold patio doors leading to the garden and pool area
The living room is complete with comfortable sofas, widescreen and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 people and a modern kitchen that is complete with all appliances and utensils needed for a self-catering stay, and includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 4 people.
One of the four bedrooms can be found on this floor with an en-suite bathroom, double bed and full access to the garden and pool area.
The added luxury of an elevator is also on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins, all of which have an en-suite bathrooms and a very large, shared balcony that is complete with a seating area as well as sun-loungers.

Amazing! Exceeded Expectations

We stayed here July 2024 with Family and friends. The Villa far exceeded our expectations. No 3 is perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, strip and restaurants. The villa itself is huge, we liked that all the bedrooms were ensuite providing everyone with their own space. BBQ area and outside space is beautifully designed and has everything you could need. The garden is very private and mature. Couldn't fault a thing and will very much look forward to returning for a second stay.
