Odore di fogna

La descrizione contenuta nell'annuncio non fa comprendere che la casa è tipica provenzale, molto vecchia, con pregi e difetti del caso. Su tutto abbiamo segnalato immediatamente uno sgradevole e intenso odore di fogna che pervadeva il primo e il secondo piano della casa, odore proveniente dai bagni. Non è servito contattare il referente che ha curato il check-in, né Novasoll, né VR BO: il primo ci ha risposto che il problema era legato alle tubature e al vento forte presente in quei giorni… Peccato che il bagno al piano terra non avesse questo problema, perché Appena rifatto! Dei tre bagni presenti, uno (solo Water) era utilizzabile senza alcun problema (quello nuovo, al piano terra); dei due posti al primo piano uno non è mai stato utilizzato: abbiamo tenuto la porta chiusa perché l'odore era davvero inaccettabile! Tanto da costringerci a lasciare una delle due camere matrimoniali poste al primo piano e dormire nei lettini posti al secondo piano…
