This 2-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area and only a short walk from the picturesque fishing harbour, the beach, the ancient fort, and the busy restaurant district. Also, it is conveniently close to the Old Town of Paphos, where you will find, amongst many other necessities, shops, supermarkets, museums, the library, post office and police station. For shoppers, the King’s Avenue Mall (Cyprus’ biggest shopping mall) is situated only a ten-minute walk away, whereas the sports nuts can enjoy bike rides and jogs along the nearby coastal path. Those lucky enough to have a car can also visit several other points of interest like golf courses, diving sites, wine routes and picturesque villages.

The underground tombs, many of which date back to the 4th century BC, are carved out of solid rock and are thought to have been the burial sites of Paphitic aristocrats and high officials up to the third century AD. It is located 10 minutes by car from the apartment. You can also use the closest bus stop located 3 minutes walk.

You will then come to a large roundabout with the large shop Debenhams on the right. At this roundabout take the first exit left. At the next lights you go straight. At the next round about take the 3rd Exit (right) and go straight. At the 2nd set of traffic lights you take a right. Go straight until you pass the “Amazon Kiosk” and then take the next left, then the 2ndt left is entering Iris Village. There is a barrier code to enter the complex. 2507# Drive straight and as the road bears to the right, you will see block 12 on your right. There is an entrance that has mail boxes on the wall, and in 105, there is a key box and you use key code ........ to get apartment key.
